Amjad Sabri’s target killing video has been leaked on cultural press, after a few hours of death on TNT. The News Tribe has received the video of Qawal Amjad Sabri’s murder. In Karachi, Amjad was attacked and killed by unknown bikers. Police reported, Bikers were following Sabri’s car from his home, when he leave and reached near Lalo Khait No 10 in Liaquatabad. Visionary witnessed explain, there was taken 6 gun bullets out of 11 gun bullets which was terminated on his vehicle.
After shooting at Sabri’s vehicle, “he was still alive when witness discovered him and he continuously to be there for next 15-20 minutes before he shifted to Medical Center”, he said, adding that lots of people were compiled there following the shooting.

to news channels that there was two men riding a motorcycle open fired at Amjad’s vehicle while terming this incident as “Targeted Killing.” He also said, purpose of this target killing is still unknown yet. Amjad’s was shotted three times, two times in head and once in leg.

DIG West, told to that two men was using 30 bore gun when they took down to Amjad Sabri life and after taking his life they use Hassan Square route to escape. Police sent all evidence to forensics lab for report which may very important to take his murderers down.
Reaction of Government Officials
Prime minister and Chief minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif and Mamnon hussain condemn of this target killing strictly. They also ordered to locals authorities to put down murderers of Famous Qawwals soon as possible.

Fakhre Alam, chairman of Sindh Censor Board claimed that, Amjad Sabri was request for protection for his and his family too but Home Department didn’t nothing for his protection. This shameless, also public taking this case so serious.

In last second year, 2014, The Islamabad High Court IHC issued a notice to Amjad Sabri for a blasphemy content which was played on two TC channels in Morning Show. That qawwali was sung by Amjad Sabri which was very sensitive and offensive for religious figures.
